Vehicle Advertising

Includes trailers, any vehicle, van or other device used as an ad as viewed from a public road (Sec. 33-95)

  • Does not apply to vehicles used daily that are in-and-out from lot (Sec. 19-15.12)

Prohibited Vehicle Advertising

Vehicles, vans, trailers or trucks cannot be parked continuously in one location to be used solely as advertising signs. This does not prohibit businesses from having parked vehicles with business logos provided the vehicles are in daily use. (Sec. 19-15.12)

A vehicle with a banner over it used as advertising display is prohibited on either the ROW or on private property.

Van is not in a designated parking area

 

Trailer is on blocks and in use solely as an advertising display.
