Miami-Dade's new voting system combines paper ballots with the latest in digital technology.

In this historic election year, Miami-Dade County is making some history of its own! In August Miami-Dade will introduce a new voting system based on optical scan voting machines. Miami-Dade Supervisor of Elections Lester Sola talks about the new voting system.
