Baynanza
Baynanza is a celebration of Biscayne Bay and its significance as one of the most important ecological systems in South Florida. Celebrated throughout March and April, Baynanza culminates with the Biscayne Bay Cleanup Day where thousands of volunteers join together to help clean up our bay’s shoreline.
The 43rd Baynanza Biscayne Bay Cleanup Day took place on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 32 locations across Miami-Dade County. Working together, almost 4000 participants removed about 16 tons of trash and marine debris from our watershed. Volunteers received a free commemorative T-shirt and earned community service hours.
