Professional Development Clinics Application

Training for Supervisors and Upper Level Managers
Only employees who are certified through the Supervisory Certification Program qualify to participate in the PDC clinics.

  1. All Courses are free.
  2. Applicants who arrive 15 minutes or later to class will be asked to reschedule the class.
  3. You must notify this office two business days in advance of a scheduled class if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Your department will be responsible for charges -- $100 per class -- if a proper cancellation is not made.
  4. Classes will be held on the 18th floor of the Stephen P. Clark Center, either in room 18-A or 18-B.
