The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) brings together the County’s operating and capital budgeting, strategic planning and business planning, performance improvement, grants coordination, Community Redevelopment Agency and bond monitoring, and incorporations and annexation support functions of Miami-Dade County. Taken together, these functions help ensure the County allocates resources that reflects the community’s priorities.

May 20 meeting on impact fee report
As required by Sections 33-H, 33-I and 33-J of the County Code, posted for review is the Financial Management Annual Impact Fee Report for FY 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15, which provides a summary of the expenditures and related fund balances for Fire and Rescue, Police, and Park and Recreation Impact Fees.
The County will be holding a meeting on May 20 to allow for the review of the financial information and ask questions.
The meeting will be held at the Stephen P. Clark Center 18th floor conference room 18-4 at 4 p.m. Should you require any assistance or interpreter services, call 305-375-5143.

Administrative Orders (AO) establish operating methods, administrative procedures, and/or delineates organizational responsibilities for identified procedures and relate to these responsibilities and are under the authority of the Mayor. Implementing Orders (IO) establish specific Board of County Commissioner legislation or policies that fall under their authority, including fees departments charged to the public and are submitted to the Board of County Commissioners for their action to accept, amend, or reject.
