This first class marina, near spectacular fishing and artificial reefs, is part of internationally known Crandon Park. It has a dive boat operation...and is across the street from miles of beautiful sandy beaches, including popular Crandon Park Beach. Boaters and landlubbers alike will enjoy the picturesque sunsets and cool ocean breezes. Down the road from the marina is Crandon Park Golf Course.--one of the finest municipal links in Florida, and the 27-court Crandon Park Tennis Center --home of the Sony Ericsson Open. A bicycle/walking path weaves throughout the park's lush landscape.
Approach from Sea: Located at St. Mile 1094, two miles south of the Rickenbacker Causeway fixed bridge. Going south, head on a course of 180°. Leave ICW Marker "73" to starboard and follow the well-marked county channel northeast to the marina basin using red right return rules.
Position: 25° 43.9' N , 82° 9.38' W.
Approach Depth: 6'.
Dockside Depth: 5' to 12'.
Monitors VHF Channel 16/Working Channel 9. Call VHF Channel 16 when approaching this marina for slip assignment and assistance in docking.

The US Coast Guard's 7th District Auxiliary offers boating safety courses to civilians throughout the year starting in March.
Courses include: Navigation, GPS and "On the Water Training", where you actually go out on a Coast Guard Auxiliary boat and train with certified members.
