Implementation of A&E and Design-Build Procurements Using BidSync

In May 2017, the ISD Architectural & Engineering Unit will begin using BidSync, an electronic web-based bidding system, to manage procurement activities for A&E and Design-Build projects. The BidSync tool will allow for advertisement of solicitations, management of requests for information (RFI), and submittal of proposals. Printed proposals will NOT be accepted through the Clerk of the Board for solicitations advertised on or after this date. For solicitations advertised prior to May 2017, proposals will be accepted as described in the respective solicitation documents.

Please register with BidSync

The A&E Unit has hosted public workshops introducing BidSync to the Architectural & Engineering professional services community. Click on the link below for information related to the BidSync process.
