Applications can be submitted in person at the Miami-Dade Transit Golden Passport Office, located on the first floor of the Stephen P. Clark Center or at any <a href="https://www.miamidade.gov/global/service.page?Mduid_service=ser1499362908113855">311 Service Center</a>. The City of Coral Gables Community Recreation Department is now accepting Golden Passport applications on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. No appointment necessary. Applications must be submitted in person. Through the online application, program participants can:    <ul> <li>Submit a new application</li> <li>Submit a renewal application </li> <li>Submit a replacement application</li> <li>Pay the replacement fee, when applicable</li> <li>Check the application status </li> </ul> Submit your application for a <a href="https://www.miamidade.gov/apps/dtpw/specialpass/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">new, renewal or replacement Golden Passport</a>. You may also apply in person at the Miami-Dade Transit Golden Passport Office located on the first floor of the Government Center. When you apply, your photo will be taken. Your image will appear on your new card. Custom Renew Your EASY Card Your Golden Passport EASY Card is valid for 20 years if you are 65 years or older. Social Security beneficiaries 64 years of age or under must renew their Golden Passport annually. The expiration date is printed on the card. You can renew online, by mail, email or fax by providing copies of the required documents. Your address must be current and correct in our system. To renew you must provide the following: <ul> <li>A current valid Florida ID or driver's license with a Miami-Dade County physical address</li> <li>Your last issued Golden Passport EASY Card</li> <li>A current printout from Social Security Administration verifying eligibility</li> </ul>
