Metrorail Schedules
On weekdays (Monday - Friday): Green Line and Orange Line trains run every 10 minutes during peak hours for a combined frequency of every 5 minutes between Earlington Heights and Dadeland South Stations. During non-peak hours, Green and Orange Line trains run every 15 minutes, with a combined frequency of 7.5 minutes between Dadeland South and Earlington Heights Stations until 8 p.m., then every 30 minutes until closing.
On weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Metrorail provides 20-minute service during single tracking and 15-minute service when not single tracking. For passengers heading to and from Miami International Airport on weekends, an airport train shuttle runs every 15 minutes between Earlington Heights and Airport Metrorail station. Please note: Frequencies during single tracking are approximate and subject to change. Riders are encouraged to track real-time service information through the Transit App or the GO Miami-Dade Transit app. Learn more about Miami-Dade Transit fares and parking fees.
To ride, you can pay directly at the fare gate with contactless payment or you can purchase an EASY Card or EASY Ticket, or a mobile pass on the GO Miami-Dade Transit app. Fare gates do not accept cash.
Metrorail Service Update:
Metrorail & Metrobus Enhanced Service | Inter Miami CF at Miami Freedom Park: Metrorail is running enhanced gameday service, and Metrobus is adding extra trips on Routes 150 and 37 to make getting there and back as easy as possible.
Getting There: Miami Freedom Park is a short walk from Miami International Airport (MIA) Station on the Orange Line. Riding the Green Line? Transfer to the Orange Line at Earlington Heights Station.
Service Schedule
Before 5 p.m.: Green and Orange Line trains combined arrive every 15 minutes between Earlington Heights and Dadeland South. If you're on the Green Line, remember to transfer to the Orange Line at Earlington Heights to reach MIA Station.
After 5 p.m.: Trains run every 15 minutes between Earlington Heights and MIA, and between Palmetto and Earlington Heights.
Leaving the Game: Jump on the Orange Line from MIA Station with trains departing every 15 minutes. Transfer to the Green Line at Earlington Heights if you’re headed Northbound to Palmetto (or want a little more room on your Southbound trip to Dadeland South).
By Bus: Several Metrobus routes serve the Miami Intermodal Center (MIC), making it easy to connect from across the county. Enhanced gameday service is available on:
- Route 150 (Miami Beach)
- Route 37

- Dadeland North Platform Elevator Temporarily Closing 03/30/26:
Effective Monday, March 30, 2026, duration approximately 10-12 weeks:
- The platform elevator at Dadeland North Station will close temporarily for modernization.
- See the security guard for accessibility assistance at the station. Shuttle service will be available.
- Exiting passengers requiring accessibility assistance should exit at South Miami Station and see the security guard.
- Thank you for your patience as we work to modernize our facilities.
- Single Tracking at Dadeland South starting Monday 2/23:
Effective Monday, February 23, duration approximately six weeks:
- Single-tracking will go into effect at Dadeland South Station.
- For approximately six weeks, trains will serve one side of the platform only.
- Platform closures will be phased, impacting one side at a time for approximately three weeks per side.
- Due to construction activity as part of the Dadeland South Intermodal Station project.
- Expect service delays. Please plan accordingly.
Dadeland South Metrorail Station is currently undergoing a major improvement as part of the Dadeland South Intermodal Station project. The work includes the installation of new canopies for both the Metrorail and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) platforms. The canopies are designed to enhance the rider experience by providing improved weather protection and creating a more seamless connection between transit modes.
