Service Updates

  • Metrobus Service Adjustments effective 10/27/2025:


    • Metro Express, Miami-Dade County’s first-ever all-electric Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) service, is coming soon to South Dade, among other Metrobus adjustments starting Monday, October 27.
    • This state-of-the-art system represents a major leap forward for public transportation, transforming how we move and enhancing connectivity throughout the community.

Metrorail

  • North Entrance at Dadeland South Station Temporarily Closed:

    Starting Monday, May 12, 2025
    • The north entrance and stairway at the Dadeland South Metrorail platform leading to the surface parking lot is temporarily closed for improvements as part of the Dadeland South Intermodal Station project.
    • To access the Kiss & Ride and surface parking lot, use any available elevator, escalator or stairway to the station's main exit and cross Dadeland Blvd.

Metromover

  • Miami Worldcenter (formerly Park West) Station reopening Monday 9/8:

    On Monday, September 8, 2025:
    • Park West Station, newly-renamed Miami Worldcenter Station, will reopen for service.
    • Improvements include energy-efficient lighting, new platform tiles, modern seating, restored walls & ceilings, and more, for an enhanced rider experience.
    • Thank you for your patience during this upgrade to our facilities.

Metrobus

  • Route 52:

    Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025

    The route will no longer operate on the Transitway to Dadeland South Metrorail Station. The route will end at SW 152 St / Transitway. Transfer to Metro Express or TransitWay Local to continue to Dadeland South Metrorail Station.

    The route will be realigned on the south end to provide service along SW 216 St and SW 211 St between SW 112 Ave and US-1.

    A new short turn will be added to the route from the South Dade Health Center to SW 200 St / Transitway. Service will increase from every 30 minutes to every 15 minutes between the Health Center and Caribbean Blvd / SW 200 St and the Transitway, where passengers may transfer to Metro Express or TransitWay Local to continue to Dadeland South Metrorail Station.

  • 837 Express :

    Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025

    The schedule will be adjusted to improve reliability.

    Eastbound

    • Morning trips will leave the Tamiami Station Park & Ride at 5:45 a.m., 6:50 a.m., 7:10 a.m., 8:05 a.m., and 9:00 a.m.
    • Afternoon trips will leave as currently scheduled.

    Westbound

    • Morning trips will leave downtown Miami at 6:18 a.m., 7:32 a.m., and 8:02 a.m.
    • The 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. trips will leave earlier at 5:15 p.m. and 6:10 p.m. The remaining afternoon and evening trips will leave as currently scheduled.
  • Route 836 Express:

    Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025

    The schedule will be improved to reflect current traffic conditions and improve reliability.

    Eastbound

    • The first morning trip will leave the Dolphin Station Park & Ride five minutes earlier at 5:45 a.m.
    • Trips from 6:30 a.m. until 9:10 a.m. will leave as currently scheduled.
    • Trips will leave every 70 minutes from 10:20 a.m. until 1:50 p.m.
    • The 3:20 p.m. trip will leave 15 minutes earlier at 3:05 p.m.
    • The remaining afternoon trips will leave as currently scheduled.

    Westbound

    • Morning trips from 6:23 a.m. to 10:43 a.m. will leave downtown Miami up to 14 minutes later.
    • Midday trips will leave NW 8 St / NW 1 Ave approximately every 70 minutes from 12:01 p.m. until 3:39 p.m.
    • Trips from 4:21
    • Route 400 South Owl:

      Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025

      The schedule will be improved to reflect current traffic conditions and improve reliability, seven days a week.

      Weekday

      • Northbound trips will leave Dadeland South Station at 12:28 a.m., 1:28 a.m., 2:28 a.m., 3:37 a.m., and 4:44 a.m.
      • Southbound trips will leave downtown Miami at 1:03 a.m., 2:03 a.m., 3:00 a.m., 4:07 a.m., and 5:15 a.m.

      Weekends

      • Northbound trips will leave Dadeland South Station at 12:32 a.m., 1:32 a.m., 2:32 a.m., 3:36 a.m., and 4:40 a.m.
      • Southbound trips will leave downtown Miami at 1:05 a.m., 2:05 a.m., 3:04 a.m., 4:08 a.m., and 5:12 a.m.
    • Route 287 Saga Bay MAX:

      Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025

      The route will no longer operate on the Transitway to Dadeland South Metrorail Station. The route will end at SW 168 St / Transitway. Transfer to Metro Express or TransitWay Local to continue to Dadeland South Metrorail Station.

      The schedule will be improved to reflect current traffic conditions and improve reliability.

      Northbound

      • Morning trips will leave the South Dade Health Center approximately every 35 minutes from 5:42 a.m. until the last trip at 9:20 a.m.
      • Afternoon trips will leave approximately every 35 minutes from 4:23 p.m. until the last trip at 7:10 p.m.

      Southbound

      • Morning trips will leave from the Richmond Dr / SW 168 St Station approximately every 35 minutes from 6:23 a.m. until the last trip at 9:24 a.m.
      • Afternoon trips will leave approximately every 35 minutes from 3:54 p.m. until the last trip at 7:34 p.m.
    • Route 279 79th street MAX:

      Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025

      New stops will be added at Miami Ave and Hispanola Ave for this limited stop route.

    • 211 Flager MAX:

      The westbound alignment will be extended from SW 107 Avenue to SW 109 Avenue to facilitate transferring with other routes.

      There are no schedule changes.

    • Route 204 Killian MAX:

      The schedule will be improved to reflect current traffic conditions and improve reliability.

      Eastbound

      • Morning trips will leave the West Kendall Bus Terminal as currently scheduled.
      • Afternoon trips will leave up to four minutes earlier, with the last trip leaving at 7:10 p.m.

      Westbound

      • The 8:01 a.m. and 8:21 a.m. trips will leave Dadeland North Station later at 8:07 a.m. and 8:24 a.m. The remaining morning trips will leave as currently scheduled.
      • Afternoon trips will leave five minutes earlier at 3:25 p.m., 3:55 p.m., 4:15 p.m., and 4:35 p.m.
      • Trips are every 20 minutes from 5:00 p.m. to 5:40 p.m.
      • The last four trips will leave up to six minutes later, with the final trip at 7:04 p.m.
    • Route 199:

      Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025

      The west end loop of the route, at the Red Road Transit Hub, will be reversed from clockwise to counterclockwise. This will help eastbound trips avoid the long wait to make a left turn from NW 183 St to NW 57 Ave.

      Minor weekday eastbound schedule adjustments will be made to improve reliability.

    • Route 183:

      Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025

      The schedule will be improved to reflect current traffic conditions and improve reliability, seven days a week.

      Weekday

      • The 30-minute evening service will be improved to 20 minutes.

      Eastbound

      • The first trip will leave Okeechobee Station at 4:30 a.m.
      • Trips will leave approximately every 20 minutes from 5:00 a.m. until 5:29 p.m.
      • 20-minute evening service will be from 5:50 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.
      • The last eastbound trips will leave at 10:51 p.m. and 11:12 p.m.

      Westbound

      • The first trip will leave Aventura Mall Bus Terminal at 4:20 a.m.
      • Trips will leave approximately every 20 minutes from 4:49 a.m. until 6:50 p.m.
      • 20-minute evening service will be from 7:12 p.m. until the last trips at 10:52 p.m. and 11:12 p.m.

      Saturday

      Evening service after 10 p.m. will be adjusted from 30-minute to 60-minute to reflect ridership.

      Eastbound

      • The first trip will leave Okeechobee Station at 5:00 a.m.
      • Trips will leave approximately every 30 minutes from 5:31 a.m. until 4:42 p.m.
      • Trips will be every 30 minutes from 5:15 p.m. until 9:45 p.m.
      • The last eastbound trips will leave at 10:15 p.m., 11:15 p.m., and 12:15 a.m.

      Westbound

      • Morning trips will leave Aventura Mall Bus Terminal every 30 minutes from 4:57 a.m. until 9:27 a.m.
      • Trips will leave approximately every 30 minutes from 9:59 a.m. until 7:04 p.m.
      • Trips will be every 30 minutes from 7:35 p.m. until 9:45 p.m.
      • The last eastbound trips will leave at 10:05 p.m., 11:00 p.m., and 12:00 a.m.

      Sunday

      Eastbound

      • Trips from 5:55 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. will leave up to three minutes later.
      • All remaining eastbound trips will leave as currently scheduled.

      Westbound

      • Trips from 9:01 a.m. to 5:23 p.m. will leave from three minutes earlier up to four minutes later.
    • Route 107:

      The route will no longer operate on the Transitway. The route will travel on US-1 between SW 184 St and SW 112 Ave.

    • Route 104 / 104A:

      Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025

      The weekday westbound 6:15 a.m. 104A trip will leave Dadeland North Station later at 6:25 a.m. to better accommodate Killian High School start time.

    • Route 101:

      The schedule will be improved to reflect current traffic conditions and improve reliability.

      Eastbound

      • The 6:05 a.m. trip will leave later at 6:10 a.m.
      • Trips up to 12:00 p.m. will leave as currently scheduled.
      • Trips will leave approximately every 30 minutes from 12:25 p.m. until the last trip at 10:07 p.m.

      Westbound

      • The first two morning trips will leave 39 St / Alton Rd later at 4:55 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.
      • Trips from 6:05 a.m. until 3:35 p.m. will leave as currently scheduled.
      • Trips will leave approximately every 30 minutes from 4:06 p.m. until the last trip at 10:05 p.m.
    • Route 97:

      Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025:

      The route will be realigned from the TransitWay with the new South Corridor BRT. The route will travel southbound on US-1 between SW 168 St and Datura St.

    • Route 95 Golden Glades Express:

      Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025:

      An afternoon northbound trip to Golden Glades leaving downtown Miami at 5:37 p.m. will be added to the schedule.

    • Route 62:

      Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025:

      An early morning weekday eastbound trip leaving MLK Jr. Station at 4:38 a.m. will be added to the schedule.

    • Route 39 Express:

      Metrobus Service Adjustments Effective Monday, October 27, 2025:

      This route will be discontinued. Service will be replaced by the new Metro Express bus rapid transit.

    • Route 34 Express:

      Saturday schedule adjustments will be made to reflect ridership. 15-minute morning eastbound service will begin earlier at 6:00 a.m.

      • The first morning trips will leave at 5:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.
      • Trips will leave every 15 minutes from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.
      • Trips will leave every 12 minutes from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
      • Trips will leave every 15 minutes from 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

      Westbound
