Metrorail

• Metrorail single-tracking schedule for the week :

  Metrorail performs track preventive maintenance and repair work after 8:30 p.m. weekdays and all day on weekends when service frequency is every 30 minutes.  In the areas where work is being done, northbound and southbound trains will alternate (single track) service on the same track while maintenance is being performed on the opposite track.

  Monday, February 6 to Thursday, February 9:

  • Metrorail will operate a Single-Tracking schedule from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Plaza to Culmer station
  • Trains will depart from Dadeland South station one minute later from the regular schedule, from 9:31 p.m. to 12:01 a.m.
  Track your train: To ensure you get to your destination on time during single tracking, arrive at your train station a few minutes earlier, or track your train arrival times with Train Tracker. You also can call Customer Services at 305-891-3131 to obtain more details on the single tracking schedule.
• Possible Delays on Metrorail due to Maintenance Work: Passengers traveling between Culmer and Historic Overtown/Lyric Theatre Metrorail stations may notice some delays. The speed of the trains is being reduced in the area while repairs are made to the train tracks. Travelers can expect delays of between two to five minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. This work should be completed within the next few weeks.

Metrobus

• Detour for Routes 88 & 288: Due to repairs being made on the railroad crossing, Routes 88 and 288 will be detoured along Kendall Drive between SW 97 Ave and SW 99 Ave from Friday, February 10 at 8:00 pm to Tuesday, February 14 at 12:00 am.  See map  
• Detour for Routes 36 and J: Due to AirportLink construction, Routes 36 and J will be detoured along NW 36 St between NW North River Drive and NW 37 Avenue beginning Wednesday, February 8th at 9 pm until Thursday, February 9th at 5:30 am. See map
• Detour for Route 27 (Overnight only): Due to AirportLink construction, Route 27 will be detoured from Tuesday, February 7th at 9 pm until Thursday, February 9th at 5:30 am along NW 27 Avenue between NW 36 St and NW 41 St. See map  
• Routes 9 and 10: Due to road construction between NE 71 Street and NE 2 Ave, Routes 9 and 10 will be detoured beginning Wednesday, January 11, 2012. See the detour map
• Route 7: Due to a route modification taking place between NW 7 Street and NW 45 Avenue, Route 7 Westbound (Airport trips) will be detoured beginning Thursday, December 15, 2011. See the detour map
• Route 120: Due to road construction and heavy traffic, Route 120 will be detoured between NE 14 St and NE 1 Ave. beginning Wednesday, November 23, 2011. See the detour map
