2.1 Stationery - Standard

All County letterhead shall use standard white stock; no raised lettering is permitted. All content must be typed in the approved font (Arial no smaller than 11 point).

  • All letterhead must be ordered through Impress at enet.miamidade.gov.
  • Departments that need to identify divisions, sections and offices may request modifications by contacting the Communications Department.
  • Only one return address shall be permitted on the letterhead. Only the County's web address—miamidade.gov—may be used.

The  standard County letterhead allows for the identification of all County departments in a manner that visually represents the scope and breadth of County services. The letterhead template may not be modified textually. Any questions regarding the use of additional text or graphics should be referred to the Communications Department.

Letterhead shall not have an individual's name listed on the left or right margin. The sender's name and title below the signature is sufficient to identify the sender. (See Appendix D: Stationery for examples of standard and co-branded stationery.)
