Prior Experience

James "Eddie" Kirtley, Jr. joined the Miami-Dade County Attorney's Office in 2013.  Previously, Eddie was in private practice for 5 years litigating federal class action cases, municipal government actions, First and Fifth Amendment cases, and Indian tribe lawsuits.  Eddie also clerked for a federal district judge before joining this office.
