Hecter Concepcion-Stowes is a member of the Tort Liability & Medical Malpractice Section.

Prior to joining the County Attorney's Office, Hecter defended commercial insureds of Zurich North America Insurance in general liability matters ranging from automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability, property damage and other catastrophic injury matters. Hecter began her legal career representing individuals in general liability matters. In addition to her extensive general liability experience, Hecter represented the Department of Children & Families in dependency and termination-of-parental-rights matters.
