Andrew "Andy" Beaulieu joined the County Attorney's Office in January 2025 and currently practices in the office's Labor & Employment and Commercial, Procurement & Construction Sections. In this role, Andy represents the County and its departments in labor, employment, and commercial disputes, handling matters from pre-suit investigation up to and through trial and appeal. His practice includes representation of the County in state and federal courts, contractual arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and appeals.

Before joining the County Attorney's Office, Andy served as a judicial law clerk to United States Magistrate Judge Edwin G. Torres in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He also practiced complex commercial litigation in Miami. He originally hails from Boston, Massachusetts.
