Attorney Profile

Stephanie Marmol provides legal counsel on eminent domain, real estate, and finance matters for the County Attorney's Office. She brings to the office a strong background representing lenders and borrowers in complex domestic and cross border financing transactions, with particular experience in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

Before joining the County, Stephanie Marmol practiced at the international law firm Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, where she worked on multimillion dollar and multibillion dollar commercial, corporate, and project financings. She also gained experience in commercial real estate transactions at a separate firm, representing two of the largest servicers of commercial mortgage backed securities in the United States.

Stephanie Marmol received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami in 2019 and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University in 2015.
