All Miami-Dade County candidates must file their Campaign Treasurer's Reports with the Miami-Dade County Supervisor of Elections through the Online Reporting system. You'll need to get a login ID and password from us to file.
Section 12-14.1 of the Miami-Dade County Code requires candidates running for the offices of Miami-Dade County Mayor, Commissioner, and Community Council to file a Vote-by-Mail Ballot Campaign Report reveal the names of paid campaign workers who take part in vote-by-mail ballot activities.
Sections 12-14.2 and 12-14.2.1 of the Code of Miami-Dade County require Miami-Dade County and Municipal Elected Officers, and Candidates, must file form MD-ED 28 to publicly disclose when they commence solicitation activities for Political Committees, Electioneering Communications Organizations, Political Parties, and/or 501(c)4 organizations.
