Assistance for persons with disabilities

People who require assistance to participate in the programs, activities or services of the Elections Department may contact the Polling Places section at 305-499-8460 or [email protected].

To request items in accessible format, sign language interpreters, or anything else that allows you to easily take part in any program or meeting, please send an email five days in advance. TTY users may also call 711 (Florida Relay Service.)

Election fraud:
Complaint Procedures for Voters
If someone has knowledge of a person interfering with the ability to vote, attempted fraud, intimidation or other illegal activities, they can call the State Attorney’s Office Voter Protection Hotline at 305-547-3300.

The Florida Department of State has the authority to conduct preliminary investigations into any allegations of irregularities or fraud involving voter registration, voting, candidate or issue petition activities. You can report election fraud to the Department of State by filling out the appropriate form.
