Meeting Attendance lists if the elected official is late, excused, absent or present for any meeting. Enter a date range and select the office holder of interest to display a list of Board and Subcommittee Meetings, dates and the office holder's attendance record for each meeting. The report may be sorted by date, meeting body or attendance status.

Voting Record gives the voting history of elected officials past and present. Enter a date range, select an office holder and optionally the type of legislative matter to display the matter number, official resolution or ordinance number, the item subject, the item title, the item type, the meeting date, the action taken and the vote taken for each item meeting the criteria. The results may be sorted by the item number, subject, type or vote.

Matter Requester is typically the department submitting an item for the Board of County Commissioners. Enter a date range, select a requester and optionally the type of legislative matter to display item number, type, description, title, most recent agenda date and agenda item number, the status and a history of the item. The results may be sorted by item number, subject or status.

Matter Sponsor is typically an elected official or body who sponsors an item going before the Board of County Commissioners, current and past office holders are available. Enter a date range, select a sponsor and optionally the type of legislative matter to display item number, type, subject, title, most recent agenda date and agenda item number, the status and a history of the item. The results may be sorted by item number, subject or status.

Legislative Index lists the legislative history of any legislative matter. Enter a date range and optionally the type of matter to display the item number, resolution or ordinance number, subject, title, sponsors, legislative history and the vote for the most recent Board action. The results may be sorted by item number, resolution or ordinance number or subject.
