Procurement

We, Miami-Dade Public Housing and Community Development's (PHCD) Procurement and Support Services team, are dedicated to supporting PHCD operations by providing assistance and effective customer service to our internal customers as well as our external customers.

We, help support the growth of our organization by providing 5 basic elements:

The PHCD Procurement and Support Services goals are to provide quality support functions in order to reduce errors, increase productivity to help employees achieve a higher level of understanding of the procurement process.

Our team is committed to working alongside our internal clients to forecast and identify operational needs regarding the purchase of materials and services to achieve the overall objectives of our end users.

Call for contractors for repair work

Miami-Dade Public Housing and Community Development is soliciting contractors to pre-qualify vendors/firms to be awarded work to complete multiple repairs to vacant units at its residential developments.

Advertised Bids

The Cone of Silence prohibits certain oral communications regarding a particular RFP, RFQ or bid during the period the Cone is in effect. Written communications, copied to the Clerk of the Board, are permitted at all times.

Administrative Order 3-27 Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, contains a complete and thorough description of the Cone. Additionally, the Miami-Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust has published a document entitled What You Need to Know When Doing Business with Miami-Dade County Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader that explains ethics, the law and enforcement of those laws.
