Eligibility & Requirements <ul> <li>Book at least one week in advance to ensure the park is staffed and prepared for the rental.</li> <li>Events with tents 10 feet by 12 feet or larger require a <a href="/global/permit.page?Mduid_permit=per1690297303892523">Short Term Event</a> permit. Contact the venue for specific permit requirements.</li> <li><a href="https://documents.miamidade.gov/library/MiamiDadeCounty/registered-party-vendors.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Registered party vendors</a> are the only vendors allowed for parties at department picnic shelters, pavilions and cabanas.</li> <li>All facility reservations are subject to the clean-up <a href="https://www.miamidade.gov/resources/parks/documents/2019-04-26-rules-regulations.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">rules and regulations</a>.
