Housing Assistance Grants Available
Miami-Dade County's Housing Assistance Grant Program can help eligible residents with relocation expenses.
At midnight on February 17, 2009, all television stations in the United States will stop broadcasting in analog and switch to 100% digital broadcasting. You will need a TV Converter box in order to keep using your analog TV set. Congress created the TV Converter Box Coupon Program for households to obtain up to two coupons, each worth $40, that can be applied toward the cost of eligible converter boxes
Workshop Offers First-Time Homebuyers Valuable Information
Prospective first-time homebuyers enrolled in the Community Homebuyer Club can attend the mandatory workshops. Subjects include budgeting, credit issues, the loan process, shopping for a home, homeowners insurance, home inspections and appraisals.
