Employee Identification

Heightened security measures are in place and all County employees are required to have their employee identification clearly displayed at all times in order to enter County facilities.

If you need a replacement, complete the Request for Replacement Employee Identification Card form and submit the completed form to your Department Personnel Representative (DPR). If you are unable to download this form, contact your DPR.
