New Features For Your Account
Why register and enroll?
There’s a new way to access your Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department account. By following the two steps below, you will no longer need to have your Water and Sewer Department account number handy each time you access your account. You will also see new features, including graphical data on water and sewer usage.
Water Bill Account Features:
- View and pay your bill
- View water-use history
- Update your contact information
- Stop and transfer service
- Enroll multiple water bill accounts under one user name
In the future, additional Miami-Dade County services will be added and you will be able to access them from your new miamidade.gov account.
Register your new miamidade.gov account
First, you must create a new miamidade.gov online account. To register, here are some tips:
- Everyone must register as a new user
- Enter an active email account (this will serve as your user name)
- Choose a password between 8 and 25 characters long
Log in to your Water and Sewer account
Now, you can enroll your Water and Sewer account. This one-time secure process takes only a few minutes to complete.
Return users may log in on miamidade.gov on the upper right corner with the log-in link.
