Replenish Your Account

Effective March 1, 2012, all ground transportation companies are required to pay for trip fees using the Account Replenishment System. This convenient feature allows you to deposit funds into your pre-paid account and pay lower fees for your entries to the Port. Companies not enrolled in the pre-paid system by March 1, 2012 will be subject to fees and/or actions as stipulated in Terminal Tariff No. 010

Instructions:
  • Go to the Account Replenishment System
  • Select Company from the drop down menu.
  • Select account: "Ground Transportation."
  • Enter signature number (Contact PortMiami's Permits Section to obtain this information.)
  • Select "Recurrent" for automatic payments or "One-Time" to make single payments.
When entering your credit card information, please be certain the name and address information is identical to your bank records. Otherwise our system may not accepted the credit card. To edit your account information, scroll to the end of the page and click on the option to edit your Replenishment Agreement.

New users may create a profile by entering their company's signature, permit, and company numbers. To obtain this information, contact PortMiami's Permit Office at 305-347-4927.

Companies that do not wish to register online will have the option of depositing funds on a pre-paid basis only. The Permit’s Office will accept payments during regular business hours.
GTS Go-Pass
Vehicles in the permitted company's fleet coming onto the Port are also required to have a PortMiami-issued Ground Transportation System (GTS) Go-Pass transponder. The GTS Go-Pass gives drivers the ability to drive through entry points without having to stop or slow down to pay fees.
This is the image description.

GTS Go-Pass users must ensure their transponders are working properly. If your GTS Go-Pass transponder does not work, there are two possible causes:

  1. Your vehicle has a metalized windshield.
  2. Your vehicle has an existing Sunpass transponder.

If your vehicle appears on the metalized vehicle windshield list, you will need to use a license plate tag transponder on the front bumper of your vehicle.

Vehicles using the transponder decal that already have a Sunpass transponder in the recommended area of your windshield (upper center) are to place the GTS Go-Pass four inches to the right or left of the Sunpass transponder.

By creating an authorized user profile at our Permit Section, you will be granted easy and secure access to your Transaction Log online, from the comfort of your home or office. For more information, please contact our Permit Section at 305-347-PORT.
