About Jeffrey Ensor
Jeffrey Ensor serves as the director of project delivery and finance for the Maryland Transit Administration's (MTA) Office of Transit Development and Delivery. In this role Jeff leads the commercial and financial aspects of delivering MTA's $5 billion program of major capital projects, including the DC-area Purple Line P3.
Prior to joining the MTA, Jeff was a principal consultant with Parsons Brinckerhoff's Strategic Consulting practice. Jeff is a graduate of Washington State University and MIT, and was named one of Mass Transit Magazine's "Top 40 Under 40" in 2012.
