Mary Street
Mary Street is an attorney at Wicker Smith in Coral Gables, where she focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense and appellate litigation. She previously served as a legal consultant for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and clerked for judges on the D.C. Court of Appeals and the D.C. Superior Court. She and her husband, Matthew Street, have called Miami home since 2014.
A passionate advocate for smart city planning including transit options, Street has lived car-free in cities around the world, including three years in the City of Miami, and is committed to improving mobility, safety, options and access for all Miami-Dade residents.
Ms. Street is the Miami-Dade County District 5 representative on the Citizens' Independent Transportation Trust and was elected by her fellow Trust Members to serve as the Chair.
