Finding the perfect outdoor space in Miami-Dade County just got much easier. The Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department has officially launched Park Finder, a new interactive online tool designed to help residents and visitors effortlessly navigate the community's massive network of more than 200 public parks.

The user-friendly platform allows park-goers to fully customize their search to exactly what they are looking for. Users can filter their search by specific amenities—such as playgrounds, dog parks or sports fields—and view hours of operation. The tool also features an integrated digital map, allowing users to type in a specific address, search by a park's name or simply use their mobile device's current location to see what is nearby.

From regional hubs like Amelia Earhart Park in Hialeah to neighborhood green spaces like Acadia Park and A.D. Doug Barnes Park, the system indexes locations across the entire county. The mobile-friendly Park Finder is now live and free to use on the official Miami-Dade County website, making it simpler than ever to plan your next outdoor adventure.

How the Tool Works

The platform simplifies your outdoor planning by offering a robust filtering system and multiple search preferences:
