This transition from a paper-based system aligns with the County’s broader commitment to invest in technology and enhance service delivery through the Mayor’s WISE305 initiative.

“This program has been a lifeline for residents, helping thousands of condo owners remain safely in their homes while ensuring their buildings meet critical safety standards,” said Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava. “By modernizing and strengthening the application process, we are making it easier for residents, especially older adults, to access this important resource with greater efficiency, transparency, and dignity. We are eager to continue expanding the program so even more condo owners can have the security and peace of mind they deserve.”
