Kids Tag Art Children's Design Contest

• The artwork must be original and focus on Florida lifestyle and activities. Artwork will be judged on creativity, legibility and adherence to guidelines. Artwork containing computer-generated graphics, photographs, collages, 3-D artwork or trademarked art will be disqualified
• Artwork must be drawn horizontally (landscape) on standard size (8½” x 11”) plain white paper
• Students can use crayons, watercolors, poster paint, colored pencils or magic markers to create the artwork. Reflective materials, such as glitter, gold stars, cotton balls, magazine pictures or fabric glued to the art, are prohibited and will result in disqualification
• Artwork cannot be folded
• All entries must include the official entry form. A teacher is required to fill out Part I of the entry form. Part II must be filled out, signed and dated by the student’s parent or guardian. The completed entry form must be submitted with the student’s artwork. Any form not signed by the parent or guardian will be disqualified
• Important reminder: Please ensure students save and keep their original poster drawing as it will be required for framing and display once the winners are announced. Submitted artwork will not be returned

The deadline to submit artwork was extended to March 18.

All entries will receive a participation certificate. Select entries will receive additional awards and will be recognized at a Miami-Dade County Public School meeting in June 2024.
