STRIVE 305
Miami-Dade County’s small business support and technical assistance program accelerates the growth of small businesses countywide and supports new entrepreneurs as they launch their businesses.
Small Business Resource Guide
Discover essential steps from feasibility evaluation to government registration. Learn to craft a solid business plan, navigate legal requirements, secure licenses and more.
Axis Helps
Miami-Dade has partnered with Axis Helps Miami to provide free, easy to access information, resources and advice for small business owners.
Workforce.Miami
Workforce.miami is an intuitive online job search hub for both seekers and employers. Job seekers can find internships, certificates, and training, while employers find needed talent efficiently.
Workforce Development
OIED collaborated with Miami-Dade College (MDC) for the LevelUp Miami Workforce Development program, awarding $1.2 million in scholarships to 1,716 students and facilitating internships leading to full-time employment placements.
RISE FUND
The RISE fund is a small-business loan funded by Miami-Dade County and the Dade County Federal Credit Union to help local businesses access the loans they need to grow.
Future-Ready Scholarship
The Future-Ready Miami-Dade Scholarship ensures all County residents can complete an associate degree at Miami -Dade College tuition-free.
