The Office of Policy and Budgetary Affairs provides the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners with non-partisan, data-driven analysis and legislative support. We specialize in reviewing the fiscal, operational and community impacts of proposed legislation, preparing detailed agenda notes and streamlining community-based organization (CBO) funding allocations. 

Our team also assists with commission office budgets, assesses staffing and tuition reimbursement impacts and supports the Board's strategic initiatives through thorough research and policy guidance. OPBA is committed to enhancing transparency, effectiveness and accountability in local governance.
