Join the Mind & Mood Wellbeing Challenge

Improve your emotional health with the Mind & Mood Wellbeing Challenge. Log your stress management activities for at least 20 days to earn 100 points to complete the challenge. Daily stress management activities, such as meditating for five minutes per day, participating in a WellTalk Virtual Break and watching an Emotional Wellness video, can earn you up to 140 maximum points. The challenge runs through Sept. 30.

Avmed members can register and join by:

• Visiting Healthyroads and logging in to your account
• Clicking on “Challenges”
• Then selecting “Mind and Mood - Wellbeing Challenge”

Upon completion of the challenge, you will receive 25 points toward your 75-point goal for the quarter. For each quarter in which you earn 75 points, you will be entered to win one of the many $250 wellness rewards (subject to payroll taxes).
