Online Applications for Affordable Housing Waitlists Open June 9

Miami-Dade County residents seeking affordable housing options will soon have the opportunity to apply for a range of properties across the region. From June 9 through June 20, Miami-Dade County Housing and Community Development (HCD) will open online applications for its Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Site-Based Waitlists.

The program includes affordable housing developments for families, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and formerly homeless residents. Applications are accepted online only and are available in English, Spanish and Creole to ensure accessibility.

Those without internet access or a device can receive in-person assistance at select locations across the county or by calling 311. With over 40 developments participating—including communities like Brisas Del Este, Liberty Square, Robert King High and Mosaico—this initiative represents one of the county’s largest coordinated efforts to expand housing access.
