Celebrate America’s Independence at the July 4th Spectacular at Tropical Park

Be part of a historic milestone in Miami-Dade
Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces invites you to celebrate Independence Day at a special America 250 edition of the annual July 4th Spectacular at Tropical Park.
Presented in partnership with Univision, this year’s celebration is set to be the largest County-supported Fourth of July events, bringing the community together for an unforgettable day of music, food, entertainment, family-friendly activities and patriotic fun.
Guests can enjoy a lively lineup of musical performances, DJs, food vendors, themed photo opportunities, special appearances and interactive experiences throughout the park. The evening will end with a dazzling fireworks show lighting up the Miami-Dade sky in celebration of America’s independence.

This year’s July 4th Spectacular also kicks off Park and Recreation Month, a time to celebrate the parks, programs, spaces and services that connect our community and enhance quality of life across Miami-Dade County.
Admission is free, and all are welcome to attend.

Fireworks will take place at the conclusion of the event.
Parking is limited. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and use public transit, rideshare or carpooling when possible.

- A designated rideshare drop-off and pick-up area will be available at: 82nd Avenue and 48th Street
Recommended Items to Bring
Guests are encouraged to bring the following:
- Reusable water bottles
- Picnic blankets
- Foldable chairs
- Sunscreen
- Comfortable clothing and shoes
Prohibited Items
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are not permitted:
- Pets
- Please note: Tropical Park’s dog park will be closed for the entire day on July 4
- Personal fireworks
- Tents or umbrellas
- Alcohol
