Homeownership Fair, June 13

Miami-Dade County’s Housing and Community Development Department, in partnership with District 11, will host an informative Homeownership Fair on June 13, at the West Kendall Regional Library located at 10201 Hammocks Blvd., Miami, FL. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is designed to connect residents with the tools and guidance needed to pursue homeownership.

Attendees will have access to on-site workshops covering key topics such as homebuyer readiness, credit improvement, budgeting, mortgage education and down payment assistance programs. Representatives from mortgage lenders, real estate organizations and financial counseling services will also be available to provide one-on-one support.
