Angel Rodriguez [email protected] 305-471-1900 Shooting Claims One Life and Leaves Two Juveniles in Critical Condition The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office (MDSO), Homicide Bureau is investigating a shooting in which one adult female died, and two juveniles were injured The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office (MDSO), Homicide Bureau is investigating a shooting in which one adult female died, and two juveniles were injured.  According to investigators, MDSO uniformed deputies responded to reports of a shooting in the area of NE 141 Street and NE 2 Court.  Upon arrival, they discovered an adult female and two juveniles, one male and one female, inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) responded and transported all three victims to JMH Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition.  Despite medical efforts, the adult female succumbed to her injuries. The preliminary information revealed the victims were inside a dark-colored SUV, when several subjects approached, opened fire striking all three of them, and fled the scene. There is no additional information at this time.  Detectives are also trying to establish the familial ties among the victims.  Detectives are seeking the community's assistance with any information regarding this case to include the subjects' identities and/or whereabouts to call Miami-Dade CrimeStoppers at (305) 471-TIPS (8477).
