Miami-Dade Parks’ TRI Program hosts Harvest & Wellness Family Festival at Tropical Park
The Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department’s Therapeutic, Recreation and Inclusion (TRI) program, in partnership with the Roxy Group, is proud to welcome the community to the Harvest & Wellness Family Festival at the Tropical Park – Westchester Cultural Arts Center on Saturday, October 25, 2025, beginning at 10 a.m. The center is located at 7930 SW 40th Street, Miami, FL.
This free, family-friendly, and inclusive event is open to the public, with a special focus on people with disabilities, their families, caregivers, and active older adults. The festival highlights the importance of inclusion while connecting guests to resources, services, and community support in a fun park setting.
Festivalgoers will be treated to a wide variety of activities and entertainment. Highlights include a festive pumpkin patch perfect for seasonal fun, live performances that showcase the diverse talents of individuals of all abilities, and interactive experiences like music, arts and crafts, and rides. Guests can also take part in adapted sports, enjoy activities tailored for active older adults, and learn from engaging health and wellness demonstrations. Concessions and resource booths will be available throughout the event, offering something for everyone to enjoy.
Join us as we celebrate inclusion, wellness, and community spirit during this joyful fall festival — and discover what it means to Live a Park Life.
