The new development, located at 18700 NE 25 Avenue in Aventura, offers 95 units for seniors. The Apartments at Oasis at Aventura are reserved for income-qualifying residents aged 62 and older who earn below 25%, 33%, and 60% of the area median income (AMI). Section 8 (Housing Choice Vouchers) are accepted.
