On December 10, 2025, Miami-Dade County will celebrate the grand opening of Oasis at Aventura, an affordable housing development by the Housing Trust Group. The new development, located at 18700 NE 25 Avenue in Aventura, offers 95 units for seniors. The Apartments at Oasis at Aventura are reserved for income-qualifying residents aged 62 and older who earn below 25%, 33%, and 60% of the area median income (AMI). The development features an eight-story residential building with 95 units, ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments.
