South Dade Black History Center Advisory Board to host the Basel South Black Art Show

The South Dade Black History Center Advisory Board (SDBHCAB) will host its fifth annual Basel South Black Art Show at the South Dade Black History Center located at Larcenia J. Bullard Plaza, 14508 Lincoln Blvd., Miami, FL 33176. Attendees will enjoy an immersive experience of art and culture. The opening ceremony will take place on Friday, Dec. 5, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The exhibit will then be open to the public Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., until mid-January 2026.

This year's featured artist is Robert Sylvain. Additional artwork will be presented by Rodney Royal, Fredrick Rich, Terran Steed, and Dominik Ambroise. The SDBHCAB was created in 2021 to develop policies, activities, and programming at the South Dade Black History Center and assist in fundraising efforts.
