McGhee will celebrate the grand opening of Quail Roost Station Phase II, a new affordable development for seniors by Atlantic Pacific Communities. Located at 18555 Homestead Avenue, Miami, FL 33157, the project includes 124 apartments serving residents earning up to 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Phase II expands the original Quail Roost community, which delivered 124 transit-oriented apartments for seniors in South Dade. On Thursday, June 4, 2026, Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and Miami-Dade County District 9 Commissioner and Vice Chairman Kionne L. McGhee will celebrate the grand opening of Quail Roost Station Phase II, a new affordable development for seniors by Atlantic Pacific Communities.
