EASY Card Dormancy Disclosure EASY Cards have a 20-year lifespan; however, if an EASY Card has been inactive for 12 continuous months (it has not been used for transit or reloaded), the card will be systematically disabled. You can pay for daily parking or save with a digital monthly parking permit. Paid parking is available at most Metrorail stations, except at Brickell, Government Center, Tri-Rail, Overtown Transit Village (OTV) and UHealth|Jackson stations. Metrorail parking is available to Transit customers only.
