311 Service Centers

Assistance with the process of obtaining, replacement and renewal of the following Transit EASY Cards are available at all three locations, as follows:

• Golden Passport 65 and older
• Patriot Passport
• Golden Passport 65 and under

Note:  All applications, renewals or replacements processed at the 311 Service Centers take approximately 10 to 15 business days to process and applicants receive their new cards by mail.

Baby Strollers
Adults residing in Miami-Dade County can buy a Baby Stroller Parking Permit to park in a specifically-designated parking space. Permits are issued until one month before a child's 3rd birthday. Child/Infant must be with person using a valid baby stroller parking permit and parking in a marked baby stroller parking space. Up to two Baby Stroller Parking Permits can be purchased. Cash is not accepted.

Dog Tags
You can buy or renew a dog license at your local veterinarian’s office, at the Animal Services Shelter or at any one of the 311 Service Centers. Dog Licenses are required for all dogs in Miami-Dade County over four months of age. Tags can be purchased in person. If paying by check or money order, make it payable to Miami-Dade Animal Services. Cash is not accepted.
