Overview
This process allows the applicant to submit Municipal Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) applications without agreements and route them through WASD for approval. For additional information about required forms, visit Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
How to initiate the Municipal Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) applications process without agreement.
- Go to Municipal FDEP Applications w/o Agreement.
- Enter the requested information.
- Attached the requested PDF applications and files.*
- Click on "Submit."

You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation when submitting your application that includes your LOA number. Once your request is received, keep this e-mail for future reference. Please allow one business day to process the application and invoice. Once the application has been reviewed by our team, you will receive an e-mail with an invoice from a representative.
Once you receive the invoice, go to the Payment Page to pay and send the proof of payment back to the representative to continue with the process. If you have any questions, please write to the PMO e-Builder Help Desk at e-builder [email protected].
