Water & Sewer Plans Review

• If you are not registered with e-Builder, create an account
• If you currently have a project in progress, log in to e-Builder. You will be able to find information on active projects and continue ongoing processes through e-Builder.

• Go to e-Builder
• Enter your username or email address and password
• Open the "Process" folder and select your project
• Enter where it says "Start Process"
• Select "063-Concurrent Plans Review (CPR)"

Customer
Any individual, group, company, municipality, or organization utilizing this service.

Plans Review Service
This service allows customers to transfer computer files via e-Builder to the Utilities Development Division of the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department. The files are water or sewer plans, shop drawings, field changes and as-builts that require review and approval.

General Terms
The customer agrees to indemnify Miami-Dade County, its Officers, Officials and Employees and hold Miami-Dade County, its Officers, Officials, and Employees harmless from all claims, inuries, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including without limitation, attorney fees) arising out of use of this service.

Acceptance of General Terms
By applying to become ann e-Builder Plans Review Service customer, you accept the above General Terms and Conditions of Use (provided below). Do not apply if you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Conditions of Use
The website, pages, databases and server are solely the property of Miami-Dade County.

All files transferred via e-Builder will be restricted to business use only. No personal use is allowed. Any inappropriate use will result in termination of the customer’s access to this service.

Miami-Dade County will not be responsible for loss of data due to any circumstance including technology failure or failure from any other cause. These include, but are not limited to: viruses, server/web failures and connection failures.

Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for retaining copies of their files for their own records. Files may inadvertently or otherwise, be altered. The customer is responsible for checking all electronic media for computer viruses when transferring files.

The customer is fully responsible for intercepting and disabling viruses that may be inadvertently transmitted with files, and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Miami-Dade County harmless from, and against all claims of any type or nature.
