Visit the FEMA Map Service Center Website to download or view a digital copy of the maps. Copies of Letter of Map Amendments (LOMA) or Letters of Map Revisions (LOMR) can also be obtained.

The National Flood Insurance Program's (NFIP) Community Rating System (CRS) is a voluntary incentive program that recognizes and encourages community floodplain management activities that exceed the minimum NFIP requirements. As a result, flood insurance premium rates are discounted to reflect the reduced flood risk resulting from the community actions meeting the three goals of the CRS. The Unincorporated Miami-Dade County participates in the CRS Program, as a Class 3 Community, which guarantees up to a 35 percent discount on flood insurance premiums, for residents in this area.
