How do I dispute a pet citation?

If you believe you received a citation in error, please follow the instructions for requesting an administrative appeal on the right side of your citation document or email supporting documents to [email protected]

Make sure to include:

1. Name
2. Address
3. Phone number 
4. Violation/Citation Number

Note: If the violation is determined to be valid, they will received written notification to submit payment. A separate notice will be sent for violation that are submitted for closure (void).
