Tax Collector employee steps up to help resolve DMV issue

Mishal Alsabbagh is a pharmacist and owner of Pure Pharmacy LLC in Miami Beach who had an issue with the DMV about the renewal of the company car tag. Alsabbagh's contact was Marie Dorsainvil who was kind and accommodating. Dorsainvil told Alsabbagh that the issue is with the Tallahassee office and that Alsabbagh would need to contact them to resolve the issue.

After almost a month of calling the Tallahassee office every day, with no one answering the phone or returning phone calls, Alsabbagh called Dorsainvil again for help. "Let me just say words can't express my gratitude to her. She was kind and understanding of my issue, took the extra time and trouble, and helped me resolve it," Alsabbagh said. "I hope it doesn't go unnoticed. I hope the DMV can have more people like her."
