Miami-Dade County is coordinating closely with hospital and healthcare partners, cities, and private partners to vaccinate members of our community against the coronavirus (COVID-19) as quickly, safely and equitably as possible. COVID Vaccines are also available at urgent care centers, pharmacies and community clinics. Minors between the ages of 12 – 17 years of age may receive the Pfizer vaccine but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and bring with them a completed parental consent form.

Homebound individuals can register online to be contacted to schedule a vaccination appointment at home. For more information, call 833-930-3672 or email [email protected].
