Meet Max, a 3-year-old Shepherd mix who came to the shelter as a stray. When Max first arrived, he was terrified of everyone and everything around him, and was often too scared to even eat. While he has made great progress and is slowly learning to trust, he still has a long road ahead of him. Max would greatly benefit from a foster home that can provide him with a safe, quiet space to decompress, open up, and help us learn more about the kind of home where he will thrive.

Meet Wonder Woman, a sweet 10-year-old cat who was once adopted from our shelter as a kitten but has sadly found herself back in our care after arriving as a stray. Although she came in with minor injuries to her nose, our veterinary team has treated her and she is healing well. Through it all, Wonder Woman has remained incredibly affectionate, constantly seeking head rubs and companionship as she waits for a loving family to give her the happy ending she deserves.
