
Sign up for the Strategic Procurement Department's Vendor Registration Boot Camp, taking place Friday, March 21, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Northeast Dade - Aventura Branch Library (2930 NE 199th St., Aventura, FL. 33180). They'll walk you through the vendor registration process step-by-step to make sure you are ready to participate in County contracts. This event is intended for businesses not currently registered as a Vendor with Miami-Dade County.
To participate in the event, bring the following information with you on a flash drive:
- Company's name, address, email, and contact person's information
- Local business tax receipt if company physical address is in Miami-Dade County
- Certificate of Corporation
- Signed and dated W-9 Form (Rev. 3-2024)
- Any preprinted IRS form issued by the IRS identifying your business name and EIN
Remember to bring your laptop! If you do not have a laptop, indicate that on the registration form and we will try to accommodate. There are a limited number of laptops available at the library. If you have your own laptop, we recommend you bring it so you get the most out of this event.
